I made this card for my niece who was turning
16. It was right up her alley. What 16 year old doesn't like to shop?! The orange paper came from Archivers and the flower paper once again is from my DCWV packet. The flowers are Primas and the purple paper came from my scrap drawer. I used my "fancy" scissors to scallop the purple paper. My bella girlfriend was colored in with prismas.
